Charitable giving and community partnerships play an important role in Indiana University Health's outreach to the community. These strategic relationships allow us to increase impact and make measurable advances toward positive health outcomes and increased quality of life for individuals living in IU Health communities.

We seek to partner with local non-profits on initiatives that specifically aim to:
- Serve an identified community need, particularly in the areas of IU Health's five community outreach priorities.
- Reduce health disparities or improve the quality of life for individuals living within IU Health communities.
- Reach largely underserved communities. (minorities, low-income, homeless and at-risk populations)
- Support IU Health's strategic business goals. (minority achievement and workforce development)
